Marybeth Boller, Executive Chef Marybeth Boller joined Bergdorf Goodman s in January of 2012. Marybeth is a graduate of Providence College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City. She has worked in some of New York s finest kitchens, as Sous Chef at Restaurant Jean Georges and as Executive Chef at Restaurant Lafayette and Laura Belle. Marybeth has also cooked abroad in the kitchens of La Gavroche in London and Auberge de Ill in Illhausen, France. Prior to joining Bergdorf Goodman, she was the owner of Marybeth s Caterers in Greenwich, Connecticut. Michael Perricone, Director of Restaurants Michael Perricone joined Bergdorf Goodman as Director of Restaurants in January of 2007. Prior to coming to Bergdorf Goodman, Michael was the General Manager of the restaurants at Neiman Marcus San Francisco as well as the Regional Manager for the West Coast and Hawaii restaurants for the company. Laura Silverman, writer Laura Silverman is a writer and editor who advocates truly shameless indulgence on her blog, Glutton for Life. A former copy director at Bergdorf Goodman and an intrepid gastronaut, she is in her element at the intersection of fashion and food. Now residing upstate, she is a frequent contributor to Edible Hudson Valley and Gather, and has a weekly segment about cooking on her local NPR station. She lives in Eldred, New York. Konstantin Kakanias, artist Konstantin Kakanias drawings, paintings and sculptures have been exhibited around the world at galleries such as Paul Kasmin (NY), Jennifer Flay (Paris), Kim Light (LA), and with Rebecca Camhi at the Basel Art Fair and the Armony show in New York. He has designed textiles for Yves Saint Laurent and Christian Lacroix, collaborated with Italian and French Vogue as an illustrator, and worked with Barneys NY and Tiffany & Co. Konstantin s award winning illustrations have been published in several magazines including the NY Times, The New Yorker, Interview, Vogue, and Paper magazine. He has also collaborated with Diane Von Furstenberg on a comic book and Frédéric Malle frangrances for Edition Parfumeur & an animated film for fashion brand CO. He is currently a contributing editor for T Magazine. He lives in Los Angeles.
