No me pareció esta aventura el mejor agiiero para el restº del viaje. Veia que aun nº estaba en Salamanca, y que me odian suceder otras peores. Parecióme que mi tiº habia anda o pºcº prudente en nº haberme entregado á algun arriero. Estº era sin duda lo que debiera haber hechº; pero le parecia que dándome su mula gastaria menos en el viaje: lº cual le hizº mas fuerza que la cºnsideracion de lºs eligros á que me ex onia. Para reparar esta falta determinó vender mi mula en Peña or, si tenia la dicha de llegar á aquel lugar, y ajustarme con un arriero hasta Astºrga, haciendo lº mismo con ºtro desde Astorga á Salamanca. Aunque nunca habia salido de Oviedo, sabia los nombres de todos los lu gares ºr dºnde habia de pasar, habiéndome informadº de ellos antes e pºnerme en camino.
