Penelope Nam-Stephen is a fashion-industry executive with over fifteen years of experience in buying, merchandising, and fashion forecasting. She knows what it takes to move from fashion novice to accomplished executive. While her career includes various positions in European design houses and private-label specialty retailers, she began as an intern at Louis Boston and then became an executive trainee at Sears. She went on to hold junior-level positions at Barneys New York and Prada and, as her career has progressed, she has held senior-level buying/merchandising positions at Versace and Burberry as well as with other brands.
