Jane is based in London, where she runs two internationally renowned flower shops and a flower school catering to all levels of experience. She also has a flower school and shop in Tokyo and New York, as well as a shop in Korea. Jane has written nine books, including Living with Flowers, Flowers Design Philosophy and World Flowers (Conran Octopus). Georgia glynn smith has her work regularly published in national magazines, and newspapers and she has worked with Terence and Vicki Conran, Gordon Ramsay and Nigel Slater. She has also won a Glenfiddich Food Award for her work.
