Painter, sculptor, writer, filmmaker, and all-round showman Salvador Dalí (1904–1989) was one of the 20th century’s greatest exhibitionists and eccentrics. L'autore:
Gilles Néret (1933-2005) era historiador del arte, periodista, escritor y conservador de museos. Fundó el museo SEIBU y la galería Wildenstein de Tokio, dirigió las revistas de arte L'Œil y Connaissance des Arts, y recibió el Premio Élie Faure en 1981. Entre los numerosos libros que escribió para TASCHEN se incluyen Dalí – La obra pictórica, Matisse y Erotica Universalis.
