We guarantee the condition of every book as it is described. If for some reason the item is not as described or if the item was damaged in transit or has not arrived, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Books will be packaged carefully and usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. However, larger or heavier books or multi-volume sets may require additional postage. We will contact you if additional postage is required.. Tracking information will be provided for all items shipped.

International orders are billed at cost. Please note that tracking informations is not provided for our standard shipping services on international orders, including orders to Canada.
